Corporate Social Responsibility and Communications Lead

We’re looking for a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Communications Lead to join our business and the extremely dynamic market we operate in, and to embark on a journey with us towards a better tomorrow. 

We are looking for a dedicated CSR Lead with corporate communications experience to join our new Corporate Communications team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable best practices and policies for our organization as well as developing external materials to support our CSR efforts. The CSR Lead will work closely with our leadership and relevant departments to ensure that our CSR initiatives align with our business goals and objectives. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proven track record of driving positive change within an organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement sustainable CSR policies and practices that align with our business objectives and meet the needs of our stakeholders
• Working with our external CSR partner, setting up policies to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to CSR
• Conduct regular assessment, measurement and evaluation of our CSR programs to measure their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement, reporting results to the key stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CSR into all aspects of our business operations
• Project manage and produce our annual CSR report
• Develop effective communication campaigns and thought leadership content to share the value of CSR initiatives internally and externally
• Build relationships with key stakeholders
• Measure and collect data on the impact and effectiveness of our programs, respond to internal and external inquiries on our sustainability metrics, which can include external CSR audits

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as sustainability, social responsibility, business administration or similar
• 5+ years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or related fields, with a proven track record of driving positive change within an organization
• Experience in CSR communications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Self-starter with strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Experience developing and implementing CSR policies and practices that align with business objectives
• Knowledge of CSR best practices, standards and frameworks, such as GRI, ISO, SDG, ESG and the UN Global Compact preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and use data to drive decision making
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to integrate CSR into business operations
