ABOUT OPERATIONS
The operations function forms the backbone of any company. At STX, the Operations team, which comprises IT, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Internal Controls, Human Resources, Marketing and Communications, and Middle Office, works closely with all other teams and desks to ensure that STX continues to perform and deliver at an exceptionally high level. As a critical partner in the business, Operations also guarantees compliance with all the relevant rules and regulations. Moreover, the Operations team works collaboratively to make sure that STX has the necessary structures and processes in place to grow and develop further in new products, industries, and markets.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Senior Treasury Analyst’s main responsibility is running liquidity, FX risk analysis, bank account management support, trade finance support and related activities. Next to that, the Senior Treasury Analyst will participate in bringing treasury function to the next level and incorporating future growth of the Company. That includes implementation of treasury management system, optimization of the processes, etc. Data for analysis is scattered across different systems so good data skills are essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cash flow forecasting
- Cash management support
- Analysis of FX exposure
- Reconciliation of treasury transactions
- Administration of internal and external loan agreements
- Treasury payments
- Preparation of treasury-related documentation
- Liaison with both internal and external counterparties
- Treasury reporting
- TMS implementation
- Automation of treasury activities
- Processes optimization
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Higher education (finance/economics/mathematics), preferably master’s degree
- Fluent English
- Advanced Excel user, experience with bank-client systems
- Work experience (treasury/finance): 3-5years
- CFA or similar certification is a plus
- Data skills (VBA, python) is a big plus
- Experience with treasury management systems
- Experience with trade finance instruments
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Strong analytical skills
- High degree of attention to detail
- Quick learner and aspiration for self-development
- Communication skills
