As a Trader and Team Lead you play an important role in driving the business forward. In this highly competitive market, you’ll constantly engage with prospective clients to fully grasp their needs, and apply strategic thinking to tailor-make solutions that cater to these requirements. Furthermore you will have the ability to build and lead a team of Sales Traders in the Polish market. This role entails exposure to a broad spectrum of professionals at all levels, as well as to companies from various industries and markets. It combines strategic planning to offer tailored solutions to your clients whilst enhancing your managerial skills in building up and leading a team.  


  • Manage an existing client portfolio and acquiring new clients
  • Make trade proposals to your clients and manage the forward trading book
  • Doing the required research and analysis in a new market
  • Dive into market developments
  • Becoming the main information source for counterparties you trade with
  • Originate and manage the market flow
  • Build and manage a team of Sales Traders
  • Engage and build relationships with the registry and legislators in the renewables sphere


  • At least 4-5 years of working experience within a sales, trading, business development, or account management role
  • Previous exposure to electricity, gas or renewables market is a preference
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher)
  • Fluent in English and Polish
  • Commercial and entrepreneurial attitude
  • Ability to build and lead a team of Sales Traders
  • A pro-active approach
  • Analytical and strategic thinking
  • Attentive and empathetic approach
  • Strong collaborative work style
  • Living or willing to relocate to Amsterdam or Warsaw
